Where emerging things are protected
The Hall is the institutional home and governing seat of the Midwives. Shiphrah presides here as Supreme Matron and Keeper while councils convene, developing assignments are evaluated, and protected records are preserved.
The Handmaidens, the Midwives’ formal training arm, receive and conduct formation within the Hall. They also train the five-member D.O.T. Squad: Mercy, Grace, Wisdom, Justice, and Truth.
Midwives understand timing. They know when something needs protection, when it requires pressure, when intervention would be premature, and when delay has become dangerous.
