Where sound becomes assignment
The Citadel is home territory for one of High Toonz’s most distinctive intelligence cultures: the Psalmists. These are not members of a ceremonial choir. They are operatives.
A Psalmist may appear as a singer, producer, musician, poet, cultural figure, street operative, scholar, or someone whose outward appearance has been adapted entirely to the assignment.
Sound is their instrument of territorial influence. Songs preserve history, carry revelation, transmit doctrine, encode messages, strengthen people, confront darkness, and reshape atmospheres.
“Music is not merely performed here. Sound carries intelligence.”
“Voices as weapons. Songs as strategy. Glory as cover.”
